Once I was going through all the sites giving information on Hair Transplant Surgery and I found Dr. Sameer's Website which was very informational one (http://www.cosmeticsurgery-india.info/index.html). After reading the information I wrote an e-mail to the Doctor and when I was satisfied with the prompt reply I arranged an appointment with Doctor and his Super Specialty Hospital at Thane.
I had a problem of intense hair fall and thinning of the hair since last several years. Before visiting Dr. Sameer Karkhanis, I took all types of medicines/treatment (Ayurvedic/ Homeopathic etc.) from many doctors but I could find little or no result at all.
Dr. Sameer listened to me carefully, cleared all my doubts and prescribed me Cyclical Medicine. Within two weeks the hair fall stopped and after 30 days I could notice new hair growth on the vertex as well as on the forehead. After 3 months the difference was visible to all and many of my friends too visited Doctor for the same treatment and all of them are satisfied. I have regained nearly 80% of the hair I had lost and I am still continuing the medicine without any significant side effect. I had dropped the Idea of hair transplant surgery as I have grown enough hair on my head.

We came to Mumbai in December 2007 for a family wedding. My wife over the years had put some weight but her main problem was her sagging stomach or lower abdominal area. "Hi! I had my Vaser Liposuction done from my back, love handles, and abdominal area 5 weeks ago. I'm aged 43: 174cm and 152Lbs.
Here's my story:
For the past 20 years I've constantly been sick of dieting and vigorous exercise. I've been on Broccoli and carrots for ages ?, Which later, I've learnt is and was a total waste of time. Anyways, I had diet and exercise-resistant fat, pouches of fat on my back and tires of fat on my tummy. I had decided to go for Vaser Lipo for almost a year and carried immense research through the internet and actually my Doctor was really good and beyond what I had in mind. But yes, my experience, so far, was good!
On the 9th of July 2011, I got It done through General Aesthesia. Was I excited or what?! But has I drew closer to the operation theatre I kept feeling I was going to die! But turned out: As soon as I got back to my senses, awkwardly, I honestly felt absolutely normal! It was as if I had undergone no surgery. Perhaps that was because I had no anaesthesia issues and most of all I was on pain-killer drips. But that's when I was all wrong . . .
The next morning I felt as If I'd been hit by a truck on all the treated areas. There was bruising and swelling all over my back and abdominal flanks. I was in hospital bedroom with a wonderful team of nurses and my doctor who were extremely caring and hospitable. They were all the time worried about my well-being and If I had any throw up-like sensations, of which I had none.
So, I spent two more days In the hospital before I was discharged with 2 Compression-garments and 3 body tightening wraps (belts). I also had a post.Op a week after, where my doctor massaged out all the occupying Lymphatic fluid.
Till today, I have not been the exercise-maniac I used to be but more diet conscious after Lipo. I tried brisk walking but that just made it worse! Occasionally, I do get alot of itching and swelling but as I learnt that's only a sign of healing. Slight numbness and pain (upon pressing) over the treated areas, still persists most on the shoulder flanks.
Gosh, Five weeks over! I am so used to the belts, that compression garment seems to be ineffective, although I just take the compression garment out while showering. But pull it back on immediately after removing. Im strapped all over but Isn't It "over-compression?" I love the new body shape; So far! I hope the final result will be better . . .

"Hi all, i got a tummy tuck done on the 4th june 2011, after researching again and again thru net , articles and visiting various doctors, my search eneded at CCRS, the centre for cosmetics and reconstructive surgery , in thane mumbai headed by Dr Sameer karkhanis. Yes the vaser bruises and pain continued till about 2 weeks but was simple with the compression garments along with pain killers . post 5 weeks of my operation , i almost did away with my sagging tummy , thunder thighs , gigantic arms , and an ugly back . I always thought that i cud do with just a good lipo , but after my consultation with Dr Sameer , he explained me that my internal ab muscles have become loose after my two deliveries , if i only opt for lipo, it will not correct the sagging of the muscles, thus i need a TT for sure . I was so convinced when explained medically , that it didnt even take me a day to get operated.
Now my tummy is as tight as a 16 yr old and i already have 4 abs showing off without 100 cruches , the stitches are so well done , that they are completely covered within the bikini line .
The entire procedure of TT looked really painful in the beginning, but Post op when i looked myself in the mirror after 2 days , i cudnt believe it. The pain was nowhere to be felt and the tummy had an awesome feel :)

Very well qualified surgeon heading an excellent centre with the best modern equipments and the most friendly staff ever. Great value for money. Highly polite and honest doctor, will not suggest a treatment unless really needed.
